Meet other people at one of our “Open Dinners” or have a private meal for your group…
A meal cooked by a gourmet chef, trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America….
A chef who honed his craft in Hawaii, the Caribbean, San Francisco, Vancouver, Switzerland, and Jerusalem….
Food that combines classic French techniques with a fusion approach to ingredients and seasonings adapted to kosher requirements….
The food is served in a private home in the ancient city of Jerusalem, long an important culinary crossroads in the Middle East.
Chef Zev provides a unique dining experience: the finest gourmet food combined with an opportunity for a look at the “Israel behind the headlines” — a visit to a typical Israeli home in one of the nicer neighborhoods of Jerusalem.
Optional additions to your evening can include cooking demonstrations of the food being offered and the opportunity to talk with American immigrants to Israel (Chef Zev and his wife Sarah) about what it’s like living here.
The Jerusalem Dinner Experience is available by reservation only. We offer “open dinners” with no minimum number of guests on selected dates. These are intimate meals with a maximum of 12 guests.
We also accommodate private groups with a minimum of six people.
US$75 or 275 Israeli Shekels per person.
The price includes appetizer, entrée, dessert, and Chef Zev’s selected house wine.
